This 3 hour course is aimed at care staff working in a range of care settings and is designed to ensure that they develop an enhanced awareness of the principles of good communication and record keeping.
While on Communication and Record Keeping Students will also benefit from improved communication skills which will prove invaluable in delivering good care and maintaining healthy working relationships.
